These all differ from website design services in that the focus is on the specific functions required. You may need a calculator that computes from certain data, some validation on a form, a file upload feature or even a game.
This may include anything from form validations to specific calculators, image or design manipulation, content handling, code updating, et ceterera.
PHP/MySQL Web Programming
For more complex web applications that store, write and retrieve data. PHP also has some great image manipulation. Uploads are covered here, as well as member logins. This also opens the door to using various web services API such as Google or Facebook to integrate into a web presence.
Java/Silverlight Programming
Java is a very secure web application, and will handle things like eCommerce more securely. Silverlight is also a more complicated language and technology, but will allow for some fantastic graphics. My first Silverlight application was an expirement to see if I could make a graphic game using a datagrid container. (See Robattle)
Database Design
Sometimes all that is needed is to have a Database created for a specific use. This can be a difficult task for anyone that has never created one before. With all the information, I can design one for you.
